Shower Heads

Shower heads are designed to diffuse the flow of water as it exits the pipe before it hits the intended target whether that be a head of shampoo, a dirty dog, or simply to steam up the room. They are located exclusively in the bathroom situated above the bathtub or when there is no bathtub a drain and water proof walls are used.

Shower heads come in a wide variety of shapes, designs, and finishes but the most popular finish is by far chrome. It is relatively cheap, looks great and is incredibly easy to clean as well as being very resistant to corrosion. They last a long time making them a wise investment, but other metal finishes are popular and plastic is very affordable.

Showers are typically mounted above the head or high on a wall so the person showering can easily get their entire body wet. There are a wide variety of nozzles that can vary the flow of water from a rain like stream to a pulsating torrent and almost any combination or variety in between.
